As long as that item is not sold out, and you have emailed email@example.com with a picture of the damage, your item will be replaces at no extra charge.
If the item is sold out, then I will refund your entire order price.
I like to keep my print editions open so a relacement is usually easy to come by. However, paintings and a few printed garments are not so easily replaced.
