Galaxy Burst - UV Reactive Textured Painting

This UV Reactive textured painting was inspired by a breakup between two friends. It was wonderful to see them together, but the magic really came into their lives when they sought their own pathways. I was inspired by all the new things they were doing as individuals and had this thought about how some rifts are permanent, but they also needed to happen sometimes to set others off on a beautiful trajectory.  

The texture in this painting is stronger with the planet closest to the foreground, and the paint glows in the dark after being charged with an external light source as well as emitting beautiful colors under a black light. 

This painting is sealed in gloss varnish, is ready to hang, and measures 11" x 14"
